The only obvious one that comes to mind is "Enter the Void"
It's long and slow, and is more of an art piece than a movie IMO. I enjoyed it but can totally see how some people wouldn't dig it. It had me in tears at a few points as well as feeling really anxious, one of the few movies that has been able to move my emotions like it did.

Don't watch part 1.
It's about the most violent and biggest female drug dealer, except told from the story of her black lover who is 20-30 years younger than her. It's the craziest story i've ever heard.

Wonderland. True story of John Holmes, pornstar with the biggest, longest, thickest... About the wonderland murders. Totally nuts, mostly because its true. Story is told from 2/3 points of view, then at the end it shows what "really" happned. Val Kilmer is awesome, beating Johnny Depp for best addict actor once again. He's also in The Salton Sea, another great meth movie.

Dunno about netflix, but these are all pretty damned good, if not accurate, drug movies.

also i would say A Scanner Darkly is an awesome movie, its about a fictional drug in the future, it seems similar to LSD and the animation they use is very much like acid visuals (they actually filmed the movie and then animated so it looks quite realistic) also the drug is derived from a plant that looks a lot like morning glory
