Classifieds claiming 2k/month to grow gourmet mushrooms

Has anyone heard of this or requested info? They post classified ads all over the US calling themselves midwest associates with a PO box and a phone number. They claim to operate out of fredericktown, OH but when you call the number it is just a recording asking you to clearly leave your name and address so they can snail mail you info. Are they just building a list or what?

Seems they have ads for all kinds of work from home type jobs. seen a couple questions posted asking about who they were but there wasn't any good answers.
