Im sure its all relative but i personally am curious i ask my friends and they say 1-2 times a week. Which i cant even fathom.
If i dont beat at 2-3 times a day ill go postal.
I wake with a rager gotta beat that one out.
Then goto the gym, afterwards i got a rager again take care of that.
Head to work then before bed I usually bust one out.
And thats just on days i work if i have a day off forget it 5-7 times EASILY.
I will say i go get laid pretty regularly and even with that it doesnt really curb my jacking off. Im 28 and I dont know if its my age or if its from having an enormous cock has anything to do with it but i cant walk around in any kind of clothing with even a semi or you can see all of my junk.

Used to be once or twice a day, now just occasionally. I have sex regularly, and have for years, but only recently do I not pull it as much. Im 32, but dont think that has much to do with it. I dunno...

2-3 times a day? That is seriously excessive.

It is good for you though. New england journal of medicine released a 30 year study showing that guys in their late teens and 20's who masterbated at least once a day lowered chances of getting prostate cancer later in life by 33% and the more you jacked off the better chance of safeguarding against prostate cancer. apparently there are carcinogenic fluids in semen and the more you clean the tubes out the less time there is for these carcinogens to be wreaking havoc on the prostate!
