If you are planning to delve into RCs, use caution. Know what you are taking, how to take it, how much to take, get a scale and use common sense. Having potent pure chemicals can end badly if you make mistakes.
Also, if things are illegal where you are, know what could happen if you are caught importing and know the risk you are taking. Start very small with every new batch of anything you get for allergy reasons and possible mix ups from the vendor. Don't mix things carelessly either

Be careful with RC's. There are a LOT of different kinds out there, generally speaking some good, some bad, some unknown.
As for legality, you will be fine if you are ordering them, though maybe not if caught dealing.

the question from what i take it is less about finding one, i (and anyone else) could find one in 10 seconds, the dilemma is finding a reliable vendor.
Though i suppose that could be remedied by purchasing a small amount and testing legitimacy before making a big purchase, but even still knowing one is legit without testing it first is the most useful.
