Hey all!
Don't know much about growing hemp to perfection, maybe someone on here can tell me why this plant is putting out 3 finger leafs instead of five the 6 or even 8 finger leaf? Maybe a strain thing? Or is it stress. This plant isn't hydroponically grown but under a high pressure sodium light. This is a mysterious strain, obviously an indica though. This plants is putting out some pistols now and is entering flowering stage I believe. This is a foaf medicine.

Could be strain or stress related. I typically notice odd (single / triple finger) leaf patterns emerging most commonly when the plant has been subjected to an irregular light cycle, particularly if it kicked itself into flowering and then was put back under a longer light cycle to bring it back into the vegetative growth phase. If this happened, it will usually take around 2 - 4 weeks for the plant to revert back to normal growth under more controlled lighting conditions.
I would also suggest reviewing your watering cycle, as your leaves appear to be drooping a bit which is most often caused by too little water (but can also be caused by too much water, temperature stress or a lack of adequate light intensity). Try not to let your soil completely dry out before its next watering, and make sure to water it well during each watering, so that a little bit (ideally no more than 5%) of what you water ends up draining out of the bottom of the container.
By the way, we have a whole site dedicated to marijuana discussion over at http://www.growery.org
