Normally yeah, losing your foreskin = loss of pleasure
but when phimosis is in the picture, that means the foreskin isn't retracting when he gets an erect so what would normally be all wet and soft and sensitive is still totally covered by dick-skin. Pulling it back farther hurts and can cause severe tearing.
Phimosis is really the only reasonable excuse for circumcision (and maybe just personal preference, cosmetic reasons)

A lot of it has to do with the girl and her mind state.
