I hear that KSSS came from KS, and KS came from BHT. Is that true? Those KS look exactly like my first BHT, only they are smaller.
Do all cubes make you nauseous if you eat them without any prep?

The best way I have found to get rid of the nausea is to smoke a bowl right after your down them

Yeah you've got the lemon tek, tea, cooking, and other ways of getting around it. But is that something that needs to be done for all cube varieties?

Tea works for me. Just make some black tea or something else that is a dark tea. I drank it hot a lot at first but I've slowly moved to adding sugar and chilling it.

Since it's the indigestible chitin in the cell walls that makes you  I'd say that's most likely truer than true.

KS and BHT are different cubes from the same country.

I use this tek IMO works the best for flavor. Mushrooms chopped up soaking in a small amount of lemon(1 tea spoon for an 1/8 or so). Make green tea with one table spoon ginger and 4 chopped leafs of mint in with the tea bag. Strain the tea bag ginger and mint. Steep the mushroom lemon mix for 5 minutes. Let sit off the heat for 10 more minutes. Strain the mushroom stuff and sweeten to flavor with honey. drink and enjoy =)

Wanted to pop back in and say thanks for the opinions.
Well, I had my mind set on KS, but then I started reading a bunch of posts from people having terrible anxiety after eating KS. I've never tried eating KS before, but from what I gather it is a "speedy" trip with a large body high that is shorter than the average trip. Although I do love being energetic on trips, I'm not sure if this is the one for me...and yes, a cube is a cube is a cube, but I'd rather err on the side of caution seeing as I don't handle bad trips as well as most.
Might just go with what I'm familiar with (B+'s) for my first small grow and harvest

I wouldn't rely on nearly 10 year old trip reports for that... But what the heck. On KSSS I had nothing but fantastic trips. And then I lost my strain and haven't gotten it back yet!

Grow what interests you. Hell, try both! Compare and contrast.

People always say "a cube is a cube is a cube", but yeah:
I was having two grows, both with spores from FRSE.nl.
One was Thai, on cakes, the other one was Transkei with cake spawned to coir with a ratio of like 1:4 or 1:5.
Some of the Thai grew some fat mushrooms in the beginning, later on I got some smaller ones from the same cakes.
The Transkei in a lunchbox of coir were different: They grew only small thin mushrooms, but like more of them.
I think it is just that I had a low spawn:bulk ratio, but still I wondered if it could possibly be that "well domesticated" strains, like Equadorians, Cambodians or Amazonians which are used for a long time, thus "isolated" by use would bring me better results?

How does one creat a hybrid, meaning how do you cross two diffrent species of mushrooms?
