No, they have sex chromosomes (alleles), but they're called + and - and I think each one comes in various numbers depending on the species. 

I don't know that it's fun for them like it is for us.   It takes a + and a - spore (gamete) to make a diploid mycelial strand that can grow, fruit, and reproduce making new + and - spores.  But I don't think you can tell them apart easily.
