cheap containers in bulk

A previous thread had me thinking about how I occasionally use plastic containers lying around the house for my brf cakes when I'm too lazy to scrub out an old glass jar or just need a couple extra containers.
I've got a limited supply of either my roomies collection of tupperware (made out of pp5) or chinese takeout containers or just ones I grabbed from the restaurant I work at.
Now, I really like the takeout containers. They're sturdy, clear, made out of pp5, I can use them for leftovers, and they're a really good shape. Their lids stay on securely throughout pcing or steaming and they come in quart and pint sizes.
However, most people don't want to have to eat a lot of shitty food like chinese takeout to build a decent collection (or work in a restaurant). So, I did a little searching on different restaurant supply websites and found this:
sweet deal for containers
240 pint containers with lids for $31.53. With the $15 or so in shipping that comes to about 20 fucking cents a pop.
Can anyone find a better deal than that!?!?
Granted, these are really only suited for pf tek, as you can take the lid off and rely on the dry verm barrier as a filter. I imagine you could attach a bunch of tyvek filters to adapt these for grain...I just wouldn't want to go through that much work, and I have not idea how reliable plastic is with silicone glue.
I hope someone finds this useful, as plastic CAN be easier than glass, and gladware or ziplock are almost as pricey as glass. AND I think these sorts of containers are much more durable (in terms of the lid) than gladware/ziplock. Plus the lid is made of the same material (a lot of tupperware can be questionable as to what the hell the lid is made of).
Benefits? -Can't break (don't have to worry about rapid cooling of container) -Tighter lids than gladware/ziplock -Cheaper than glass -Same sizes as glass, same shape (no rounded bottom or rectangular shape) -Can use them for food/leftovers/other projects
I hope I sold some people on this...
EDIT: Ongoing experimentation with quart sizes for grains: Plas-TEK for Grains
