Cool mushroom!

I have never seen cauliflower mushrooms go black like that, try posting it on mushroomobserver.org.

I believe it's fungus. the mushroom season is beginning in Minnesota. so I start walking everyday. found many morels so far. but haven't see much interesting fungi yet.

I agree with Joie. it's more look like Tremella foliacea.
