ID Help Please(Arkansas)

CLICKING ON THE IMAGES SHOWS A MUCH HIGHER QUALITY PIC
Habitat: Arkansas, found in a well manicured lawn


Gills:gills brown, as in picture
Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.

Stem:short, thin, seemed solid
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.

Cap: golden brown to yellow
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.


Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Oh, I neglected to mention, this patch is there every year about this time.  It'd be wonderful if they were something either edible or active. Either a meal or a good time would be fine by me.

Some of those look like a panaeolus species. I highly doubt they are active.

theyre on a slight slope in the yard, just upwards about 15 feet is an oak, another oak is several feet beyond it

im taking a better one now, gonna let it sit longer, but thats a start.
