This is based in Portland, OR, and would be best if you were local so than you can easily get your floats in. I am essentially project manager, so any questions can go through me.

Are you a musician? Are you interested in the float experience? What if you could get free floats for being a musician inspired by floating? Here is how.

Please include:

1: High quality MP3 (320 is best)
2: A bio of who you are and why you want to participate in this experience
3: We are aimed at music for floating, but initial submission can be freeform :smile:

submissions will be open for one month before we close them and select 25 out of the pool.

When we have made the selection you will be notified and can begin your floats ASAP! During and after your (4-5) floats you will write/record a track inspired by your float experience and once all final submissions are in they will be put on a 2 CD compilation. The process of production/recording should be completed within 1 month. 2 weeks of floating, and 2 weeks of production/recording.

The compilation will consist of 2 CD's one acoustic/instrumental and one electronic. The album itself will be used not only to bring others out of their float experience but as well be sold at Float On and other float locations. We would like to gear the album towards the float experience.
