This may sound like a stupid question but im baked and bored. So do you eat just the shrooms or are stems edible aswell? and yes you can make fun of me lmao.

Eat the stems and caps whole. Chew for a good minute or two and while you're chewing, suck the juices from the mush and swallow the juices and keep chewing. Do this a few times before swallowing. Have something to chase it down with. You MIGHT gag doing this, but it's the best way to make sure you get all the psilocybin/psilocin. Have fun :smile:

Screw that, use a coffee grinder and add the powder to some tasty juice or lemon tek it.

Just my preference.

But yeah RP eat that hole bugger. If you don't just eat the caps and give away your stems to friends. They will love you.

Also i think you meant caps stoner not shrooms as the stem is part of the shroom :dumblol:

Lol I've always ate them like that. That's just how I was taught to do it, because the first time I ate mushrooms they didn't hit me.
