I released the little bastards this morning,I have every reason to beleive they will survive if they were ever intended to in the first place.
I'm still trying to convince myself that there's no way I could of fertilized the eggs,but for the life of me I can't understand how else they could of become fertile any other way.At least now they are out of sight and hopefully soon,out of mind.
For those of you that were trying to help me through this tough situation,thanks.

I'm not even gonna read this entire thread, just throw in what I know:
cross-species fertilization occurs extremely easily.
The enzymes that the sperm secrete to penetrate the outside of the ovum is universal.
The sperm WILL enter the ovum (almost completely regardless of species), this 'fertilizing' it in some respect.
Any further than that, and the first cell division attempt would realize that the genetic information is VASTLY different and the cells would undergo cell-death. Thus, no monkey-man, or man-frogs, or what have you...

Like I know this is only a coincidense,but I just went to the front door to retreive the evening paper and there was a fucking frog on my front step! I felt my heart skip a beat.I can't wait till this shit is over!
