 Sexual Energy Challenge

I'm looking for people who want to participate in this study. Basically you will have to abstain from jerking it and having sex (this won't be too hard for most of you ) for 1 month. I want to see if people exhibit any change in energy levels, mental clarity, vitality, etc etc.
It's not going to be easy, and I suspect the majority of people won't make it the entire month. It will go from 1/15/11-2/15/11. Well, anyone want to give it a shot?

I doubt you would be able to stop, so I wouldn't recommended it.

I have been trying to abstain from jacking off for a couple months now but I always eventually jerk off. The longest I've gone is probably about 2 weeks. So yeah I'm down..about time I got seriously disciplined about this.

I've been doing it from time to time, I can say it really improves your state. I become less lazy, I feel like desire to have
orgasm transforms into daily desires, for example instead of orgasm I had desires to study more and be more socially active. I'll give it a go.

i have done this
i understand how difficult it can be at times
it takes alot of willpower, strength, discipline... but to find a freedom from this desire is truly magnificent
from my experience, the keys to doing this are;
first of all learning to transmute sexual energy. adopting a daily practice of things like kundalini yoga, pranayama, asana etc is very helpful and beneficial for this. this site has some good practices; http://www.pinklotus.org/ i also remember times when i was just full of the desire, and so i would kneel and do sat kriya; http://www.mrsikhnet.com/2007/03/12/sat-kriya-dealing-with-sexual-energy/ it was suprisingly helpful
second is to just stop looking at attractive / lustful images and stuff. the images literally get burnt into your mind and will then pop up hours / days later. so as much as you can just 'don't look'. i know this is virtually impossible in this world, so what really needs to be done is to just stop looking at the images with any desire. sounds almost impossible but with practice it is very possible. next time you see a woman on TV or something just go into a meditative trance state and switch off any desire. with practice this is possible and eventually you will just clean our your mind, imagine a siv that gets clogged full of grime.
this is also an interesting website, some good info can be found; http://sacred-sex.org/ also talks alot about how semen is a very vital fluid that should be retained

Yeah sex generates the sexual energy then you can Sublimate it to higher energies and use it to vitalize the body. I like to watch porn but not ejaculate it generates a lot of juice. I used to be tired all the time now i am barely ever tierd only if i dont get any sleep.
Also i think ejaculation is a healthy good thing, just not excessively.

In the past I have abstained for up to 100 days. I didn't notice any real change except I came really hard when it was over.
Still I think it's a good idea from time to time as it allows us males to realize there is something else going on out there.
