Inspired by Bobs fungus on fungus I bring you Bugs on Fungus.I know it will bring out some beauty shots from everyone.
I will start with one of my favorite pics ive taken. Credit for the great find goes to my girlfriend this late summer, early fall. she doesnt come out much but wow what a nice find.
Ive never been 100% on the id of this. its obviously either an Entoloma sp. or as Alan said a Leptonia sp. I sent some specimens to UBC but never heard back from anyone.i think i still have prints of them if anyone wants one.
the bug is a mosquito i think.

now this pic is in my sig - but check out the daddy longlegs chillin out on the big BLG's   now i have more shots on the harddrive too - this daddy longlegs was sittin there for like a week not moving - i think he moved from one big cap infront to that back one - i thought they were suppost to eat other bugs but i think this one likes the BLG's and felt kinda goofy after chowing down

Its eating reishi. I have a picture of the same bug eating another medicinal mushroom too - i am trying to find it though.
