 in fact..the reason why liberals got shellacked at the polls prolly had more to do with marijuana gaining a political foothold.. rather than the lousy economy or assinine teabagger moralizing...and if thats how the voters feel about marijuana..then you can imagine what they must think about magic mushrooms...

not for an incredible length of time will they be legal...rather move back out of the country to where it is legal to cultivate and eat them,just not sell them.

in part US means , incorporated entity , bought and created by banks,
and USA refers to original nation founded upon the constitution,
in the USA mushrooms are not illegal.
the thing is that they do not tell you can opt out of being sentenced, or even swearing to tell the truth , or even stating your name, and may threatne to punish you if you try to , but the basis of contract law is clear, and contract law is all things that are on behalf of the coporation as opposed to a living injured party .
many people for ex , have had authorities imprisoned due to being able to trace the money they receive in kickbacks for finding guilty , or doing various things, getting away with things,
one way to do so is that your name is I AM THAT I AM
you do not cross the bar, you do not swear yes to telling the truth ,
one way is WHAT MUSHROOMS ? and never say anything of admitting to anything to any entity at any time ,
one way is I DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR SENTENCE
the best way is to program and affirm that you are always safe and only good things happen to you , and or get god to confirm this

Obama is the way forward if he does not appear to be he is hiding it , I feel that we are not going to be US much longer and that we are heading towards full ET disclosure including constitutional common law and abundance becoming normal for everyone.
no matter how he seems , he is a reflection of the entire world's wish for a change to sanity , and therefore i would say it will be so that they will be legal , at some point , but legal and lawful are different and they are lawful.

I don't think there will be a law allowing the use of magic mushrooms.
If anything the current laws will be abolished, leaving us with a natural right we had all along that needs no law to permit it at all.

i think eventually all natural psychoactive materials will be legal nothing that needs to have been made chemically. basiclly i think if it grows wildly it will be leagal

I don't believe that anytime soon shrooms will be legalized. If values change in the future it's possible that the law will stop being enforced seriously.

I can't imagine that would have been the case in any state that didn't have a marijuana related measure on the ballot, and even in those states exit polling showed that the marijuana measures were not generally driving voters to the polls one way or another.

Once cannabis is legal on the federal level then we can talk about shrooms. No way shrooms will become legal before cannabis is.

Hopefully they can become decriminalized. Legal? I doubt it. The day may come when people can freely pick mushrooms without cops harassing you, and have a grow-up without having to worry about getting busted. But I don't think we'll ever see them sold in stores legally.
