... and my girlfriend says she can't meet up today (haven't seen her in three days) because she kind of already told her friends she'd hang out with them.
Should I be as fucking pissed off as I am?

This seems to me to be a very clear sign that she doesn't love me.
I'm seriously considering leaving her, but that would get me from getting laid with a damn sexy girl to not getting laid at all...

a week is not that long, I see nothing that you have said that she has said that makes me think she doesn't care anymore.
The whole friends thing is kinda unsteady ground... I've done the same thing before, It was just me making sure that my friends don't think I'm ditchin them for some girl.
From what I see, there is the distinct possibility that you are overreacting.

If you are in a long term relationship then I think this may be a flag. Could be a blessing depending on where you are going on your trip though. Fine ass foreign chicks

That can really make you pissed off, but you need to remember that she's only your girlfriend and not your wife. Not all girls are too attached with their boyfriends wherein they could sacrifice everything for them. Different people, different attitude. Just try to understand her.
