apparently I dont have any. 
this became well known to me when a good friend and i were tripping. he threw a comment back to me in a conversation about a girl
"well dude, it's not about you, its about her."
(in a stern voice)
im 20 years old, and have deep emotional problems myself with the longest standing relationship being 3 months.
maybe empathy is a way of escaping my own brain for a while, is the best positive way i can look at it. but right now i feel like im on a path to loneliness later in life.
and im not socially inept, i do talk to girls(friends) on a regular basis.

So what exactly makes you think you truly don't have any empathy, other then your friend telling you so during tripping? 
It seems fairly normal that by the age of 20 you haven't been in a serious relationship; this doesn't mean you can't feel empathy. There's nothing wrong with just wanting to have fun without having serious intentions about anyone.

i want a relationship, im not sleezy. last time i tried hooking up, i couldnt even get it up.
i like responsibility, its like natural for me.
but whatever, every old man will tell me not to get in a relationship right now, or at least till 25. i dont care, i would feel more engaged in studies and life if i had something to come home to or just one person to work on.

Empahty is a truely unique gift that is often mistaken for having an ulterior motive. Sometimes people just get par-the-F****-noid when someone is actually nice and caring to them. This is how empahty slowly gets weeded out of our society. Instead we are forced to value greed and the ways of the darkness.'
Acutally, you know what. In a relationship its often the first person to exemplify the Empathic attittude that ultimatly gets their empathy spat on. It is a cruel world in that aspect, but we must strive to gain respect for emphatic ways.
