I've been looking and asking everywhere, how does one make Toadstool or Conk Leather? Please help.. anyone?

Supposedly you have to knead or pound soaked conks until they separate into individual fibers or layers and then you reform them into a felt by pressing and drying them in layers. You should try searching for polypore felt or tinder fungus felt for better results. Although the finished material looks like leather, it is rarely referred to as that. I don't know the exact procedure but you can probably glean enough information to try some experiments.
Also look into mushroom paper. Instead of the labor intensive kneading and/or pounding, you just use a blender to make a pulp that is then used in the same manner as plant fiber pulp to make home made paper.

wow, thanks so much! I've heard many people talk of it, and have seen hats and bags made of it, and about 10 people i came across always called it leather, good to know the specific name. This was very helpful
