that growth is CRAZY! ... seems like it would be a great candidate for plopping into a garden planter instead of doing sterile casing and indoors and all that. the type of growth that can come off of a planter box seems very fitting to a mycelium habit like that... I'd just be happy to see some of that stuff get cased.
