I dont see why your friends wouldnt do it. I mean, you dont even have to put a return address or return name. Its just there incase it screws up trying to get to the persons house, hell I believe you can send a letter with no name on it at all. It will just get destroyed though.

Just get it sent, you'll be fine. Its odourless, tasteless, clear, and cannot be detected by any methods that I am aware of, especially methods used by the post. It can be seen under a black light and that is about it. Anyone else know of any methods of detecting or testing to see if there is L on something?

As long as its not in package your okay. You need a search warrant to open a letter, however packages are a different story.

weigh the risks,decide for yourself. if you both keep quiet, the chance of discovery is almost zero(like a freak accident tumbles a mailbag, your letter just happens to be...)

anything sent via USPS priority/express/first class is considered a sealed package, and would require a warrant to open, UPS/FEDex/DHL etc... all private companies can search your shit with absolutely no reason. USPS does searches on regular mail based on a sliding scale of suspicion, could be anything from no return address, to stains on the paper. If you are considering doing anything remotely illegal, I would highly advise sending express, with signature waived. Feds/cops will try and setup a controlled delivery, and so if you know for a fact you won't have to sign for it, and they are making you try to sign, then obviously you will know something is up. Be smart.

just to let you know.. sending as a normal letter is probably safer than sending as a parcel. one blotter is super small and thus easy to hide. get creative  . you could probably hide it so good, that even at a second and third look no one would find it. and dogs won't find it either, cause they probably don't look for LSD .
