Anyone excited about mk9? I havent played a mk game since mortal kombat armageddon I didnt get mk vs dc because it was pure shit.
so im stoked there going back to 2d gameplay but 3d graphics like sf4 kinda and the fatalities look badass if you havent heard about it its coming out in spring 2011 heres a vid on it.

Mortal Kombat ranks high on my all time favorite games.
and is the ONLY fighting game I keep up on the story
Hopefully they do the series justice, it sure looks like they are going in the right direction

As I heard it is restart. This game is basically MK1 set in alternate time line. Sounds interesting tough.

its a restart of the first 3 mortal kombat's and there will be returning characters mostly from those games.
