This Guy is the Man,and my favorite video game music producer of all time He did some classics,such as the Streets of Rage series,Shinobi,and a shit load of others.Also,check out this link,It's all the streets of Rage soundtracks digitally remastered,as will as Shinobi,and Actraiser.Awesome shit,and I can't stop listening!!!
