I sent my money order on the 21st and still have received no indication that it has been received. I thought it wouldn't take more than a week for an envelope to travel from NY to IL. I sent an email but the auto-reply stated that this isn't discussed and when my money will have been received the status order would change, which it hasn't. So I'm just looking to be comforted. I don't want to lose $20 and so much time.

You should get a package any day now, since the mail only travels on weekdays its only been about 6 days for you. I guarantee you'll have it by friday. Also, just because your order says "pending" on ralphs website doesn't mean he hasn't received your mail order. My order STILL says pending and I received my package 4 days ago.

USPS retards are kinda fucking up this days
i lost money and my order
because the mail never arrived.
it was not the sponsors fault.
if you sent a money order, check if its been cashed.

I always send cahs,but that's because I have never had a problem with Ralph in all my six years of mycology.
If your scurred,send a money order...that way if your order never arrives,you have proof that you paid.

Ralph has been straight forever, I send cash and I get stuff.
If you send it they will come. Patience.
If you ordered at a rush time he may need time to fill orders.
You can be sure if you get nothing the post office screwed up, not Ralph.
He runs on his reputation he won't screw with that (or you).

It's Friday and there has been no change. I'll go tomorrow to the store I got the money order from and see if I can find whether the money order has been cashed. Next time I'll just use a site that allows cc payment to avoid these problems.

I've used Ralphsters for 6 years,never once had a transaction go bad.I always received my order(s) in a timely fashion,and in discrete packaging.
Ralphsters has always been #1 in my book...Great/Quality genetics,best prices (once you include shipping),fast turn around time,and SOTM!
I don't understand why so many of you are having problems with him...but I am willing to bet it's something that is going wrong on your end,or the post office's end....not on Ralphsters end.

When I mail a letter to NY from MN it takes 8 working days to get there. I also use Ralphster for many years and never had a problem

Ralphster's is the shit. I've had problems with other sites I won't name (bad spore clumping, bent needles, syringes not full, etc.) but these guys are always solid. Im not an employee but I really trust that site. Just be patient, you'll get your merchandise.

I found out that it has been cashed on the 30th and I still have not received any other indication that I'm going to get the spores. That's 9 days to cash the money order and after 11 more days I still have not received the spores. I'll wait a few more days but if I don't receive the spores by then, I might decide to buy from hawkseye (with a plastic card). Please tell me beforehand if anyone had problems with it, like contaminated spores or anything else.

Give him time...he may be on back order meaning he's out of that particular race/variety or species and is waiting for more stock to arrive.

I think it would be a good idea if there was a sponsor poll system and a unified description thread for each, based on relevant suggestions posted by the repliers. The main post would be edited in consideration of the replies. This would be of great value for finding out something like that a sponsor (Ralphster) refuses to communicate with regard to orders. It would help with reflecting current and past satisfaction rates. This would be a great alternative to dissecting the multitude of threads with reviews.
I will post an update if I ever get anything from Ralphster.

If he's on back order, he ought to email his customers to let them know. Or his order status should change to 'backordered', not pending, processing, etc.
I have an order in to him, and I'm finding there to be a real lack of customer service. It's the Canada side, so maybe it's different on this side of his business.
