Definitely rhizomorphic, at that rate you will have some colonized jars very quickly. Rhizomorphic is nice simply because it typically leads to healthier fruits and quick colonization.

Great pictures, and good luck!

RR says it in one of his posts. I also looked it up a bit in my General Biology Book. 2009 Edition.

30 years ago Paul Stamets talked of it in TMC. Basically he said rhizomorphic growth is superior to linear or tomentose, the other 2 kinds and when you clone culture you should pick the most rhizomorphic sector to use

Ok.. so it's superior. But what makes it superior?

It is also known that a rhizomorphic sector of mycelium has an extremely low chance of not fruiting.

exactly, rhizomorphic sectors produce more primordia than linear or tomentose, and because they grow so stringy they colonize the substrate faster. They cover more "ground" per unit of time

chalk it up to Paul Stamets in The Mushroom Cultivator. A lot of people say it's outdated, but there is still some really great info in that book:awesomenod:
