 2 jars of LC

I just got 2 jars of liquid culture.
Its only my second grow so im thinking of using PF tek again just one more time so i got a few questions.
1. Should i store the LC in the fridge?
2. Do i inject the same amount as with a spore syringe? 0.25ml in each of the 4 inoculation points?
3. I also read in another thread once you have LC you have unlimited inoculation, i'm not sure how this would work?
4. if i decide to use PF tek using LC is the PF tek still EXACTLY the same?

Only if you plan on growing your LC for long term storage should you store your LC in the fridge.
Your LC should be placed somewhere and maintained at room temperatures for proper colonization.
Once fully colonized, LC's should be drawn into syringes and inoculated to your medium of choice with the immediateness.
The least amount of time your LC's are stored for, the more vigor they will have once said LC hits your medium of choice (grains, agar, GLC, BRF, or more LC).

Pay close attention when you are inoculating your medium with LC.
Make sure you get a sliver of the culture from inside the syringe onto your substrate at each inoculation point.

Would you provide a link to the thread that is claiming once you have a LC, you have an "unlimited inoculation"?
Theoretically, once you have a clean LC you can have quit a large supply of inoculant.
This works by noccing up more inoculation medium with your clean LC's.
Your LC will only go so far before senescence is suffered.
You will need to change the grow medium for you LC or inoculate new LC.
