I spent all of high school and the first year or so of college watching anime constantly. Don't watch it as much anymore, but still fairly regularly.
Cowboy Bebop is my favorite, of all the series I've seen. Other fantastic shows/movies:
-Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni
-Welcome to the NHK
-Rurouni Kenshin (OVAs especially)
-Spirited Away
-Ghost in the Shell
-Death Note
