So might aswell willingly fall apart, at least then you can finally rest, aaaahhhh
This is what a Buddha does, stops creating a false self image that will eventually fall apart, just remain empty What a wonderful state of Being
i think that's a rather awesome point, i have a lot of issues with building up and trying to fulfill my own self image, maybe that's a lot of what has kept me down before
in my life i was homeless for 3 years, left my parents house at 17 and still haven't talked to them again, i have no intention of talking to them either, just recently i moved in with my half-sister, only family i still talk to, in that time i discovered that there is no one else in this world who truly gives a shit about you, and went through long deep bouts of depression, during a lot of that time i treated my depression by drinking excessively (makes it easier to sleep on a sidewalk or in the woods to) however i have learned that the only cure, as opposed to treatment, for depression, is to follow the natural highs, healthy diet, meditation, exercise, long walks in nature, music, etc., its different for everyone what works but find the things that naturally stimulate your serotonin and dopamine receptors and use them
