I have seen similar systems that automatically delete email questions answered by the program installed on the main computer ... coupled with customer phone services.

Ive ordered from Ralph for about a decade. Yes .... a fkn decade. Hes always been fine.
Guess what, I dont even follow directions either. I send a money, with my screen name here, my mailing address and what I want. I always get it and a freebie. More often then not ... it takes two full weeks or even into the third though when I receive it.
Im not in a rush though, so no worries.
In fact, Im heading out the door to go send in another anoynomous order in.
Ralph, youve always been fine in my book.

you have to look here to see that some people who comment here have not even ever ordered from us.
This type of bullshit has been going on for years.
Its especially prevalent now that they get free syringes for bashing us.
We are the number one vendor and some people just dont like it.
Its a sad thing that people come here and lie just for a couple free syringes.
I have been here of over 10 years, hundreds of customers satisfied every single month.
I dont even respond to some of this obvious bullshit here.

i did my first order with ralph last week. i sent out a MO halfway across the country and had the package in my hand on the 6th business day. thats some fast service there! 
ive done CC orders through others that took longer!

I don't care what anyone says... I just contacted him b/c I had an issue w/ one of his syringes and received a reply practically immediately. Being that it's Sat. afternoon, I didn't expect to hear anything till Mon. And he told me he's shipping out a replacement Mon. I don't think anyone can ask for better customer service then that! Ralphsters you get in my book!

Just ordered my first ones from Ralph about a month ago, got it within a week. Great service I'd say. If things go wrong (with most mail orders) it's most likely a mess up with post office etc.

I didn't have any prob with mine either. I didn't thoroughly read the directions, but I'm pretty understanding of the situation. I didn't just send a MO, I included the order#, & so on. First time order at that.
