The first one stopped being scary after about 2 hours playing it but I still loved it to death.

Funny, Dead Space is one of the few games to ever frighten me. I've played a lot of horror games, but something about Dead Space gets to me.

Pretty much how I felt. Loved the game, but was no longer on edge after a couple hours of playing it. I kinda became numb to having things pop out at me. You can only get someone to jump so many times before they don't react anymore. But the game was still good.
Probably the game that scared me the most was Silent Hill. That fucker was just plain creepy!

And one of the major depressing things about my gfx card burnout and subsequent paying to RMA-only to have ti returned with a "sorry we went out fo business while it was in the mail" sticker, was that I cwouldn't get to play DS2.

i played the first one for awhile.. but got incredibly fucking bored.
i remember a few parts where i was thinking "okay this might be good."
then getting a bit further (rather frustrated at a few parts) and just said fuck it. it wwasnt worth my time. i had no idea what the fuck was going on.
all i knew was that i was in space, hallucinating and there were zombies.. oh and some crazy scientist?
i don't know. the game was all over the place.

the first one blew me away as kid. loved it.
the second one, i thought, blew.
the guerrilla one was fun, but pretty damn stupid.
this one looks like it will share the same fate, but i'll surely have fun playing it

dead space was amazing i think
i mean it was amazing, but it played it after having my wisdom teeth removed so i was all hopped up on vics and whatnot.
definitely one of the best horror games of all time
