 Are videos loading slow?

Are videos loading slow for you guys? Such as youtube or random flash videos on sites..they used to be no problem loading for me...then out of nowhere i cant watch 1m of a video without it having to buffer again. My friend is having the same problem as me..Any ideas of what can be causing this/ how to fix it? I am using firefox...then tried IE....then tried Google Chrome...all load just as slow..
