I think it is Amanita amerimuscaria.I see some concentric rings near the base but I'm not an expert so wait for a T.I.In the mean time you should read up on the effects of these mushrooms if you haven't already.

Its a muscaroid taxon, could be the yellow form of Amanita muscaria.

It looks like amanita amerimuscaria but it seems a little too dull in color in your pictures.  The ones I pick are a vibrant shade of yellow with an orange center to the cap.  Id wait for more expert opinions before I'd consider trying it.  Also you'd need atleast 7 grams of dried caps to feel the effects if it is amanita amerimuscaria.

I ate a 1/2 ounce of dried amanita amerimuscaria yesterday.  I would describe it as a very drunken feeling mild psychedelic experience.  There is a spot near my home were they grow like crazy.  They key to not getting sick on these is properly drying them out and taking them on an empty stomach.

The yellow muscaroid taxon on the west coast has been shown through DNA testing not to be A. amerimuscaria but A. muscaria.
