nothing to transcend, the real transcendence is in being deeply okay with everything.
That sounds so cool. I wonder if it's really possible all the time, in every situation?

I find the trick is to tune into an inner space of awareness that is already ok with everything
The mind will always find something to struggle with & not be okay with, so its finding the place in you thats beyond that mind, not caught in that flow.
Id say its possible in every situation, but certain things will obviously trigger your mind to not 'be ok' and struggle with something then in those times is when a deeper focus has to open up, to transcend it & be okay with it
The main thing i find is helpful to remember is that the space of awareness is already ok with everything, its already unattached from everything, it has never been attached, so its not really something you have to 'do' its more just being that awareness rather than going with the mind flow.
