When I originally got busted it was by small town cops, they never actually booked me then or made me post bail, it was a sting situation. The arresting officer today told me there's one guy in the town I was busted in, that does NOTHING but put fake ads on the internet trying to lure stoners in. He also said it was BS they had to come get me.
When I was arrested for trying to meet a girl who was "420 friendly" it turned out to be undercover cops surrounding my car and searching the fuck out of it. They found bout 60-70 grams of weed and hash combined, and a really nice bucko pipe that are not even in the police report.....( hmmmmm? .....) found 2 g's of mesc on me and 4 rolls.
They said since they didn't know what the mesc was, and since the rolls were a felony, they were gonna send it to the grand jury. The arresting officer today said so much was going on it just took an extra month or so.
So today I was OFFICIALLY booked, arrested, printed, etc etc.
No the cops had not been watching me for months. No one else was involved. They didn't search my house, take my comp, ask my gpa or g/f anything, let me get changed ( as I cleaned my room up.....10 second tidey style....), they were really respectful towards me in the car. The officers that picked me up didnt even know why they were picking me up, just had to extradite me to another county, and even those cops seemed not too know too much til they looked at my paper. They were very respectful about coming and gettng me too. Came at 4 am and knocked very lightly til I woke up. Didn't barge in and wake everyone up, stayed by the door the whole time. I didn't give them any shit but of course said as very least as possible.
I'm sure there will be a small article in the news about it.
P.s Ya it was stupid as fuck. It took me three months of worrying to realize it too..........sheesh.......no shit it was stupid........ I'm king jackass ATM.

Supernovasky - No they were really respectful of my house. They tried not to wake my gpa, and since I had a girl half naked in my room they respected that, and didn't enter my room ( which did have a bong and a bag in it ). But nothing was found, they just arrested me, after letting me grab my meds and clothes ( letting me grab my anxiety meds was also pretty nice of em.

COUNT 2: On or about May 6th 2010, at ________county, Matt___________ did knowningly obtain possess or use mescaline, a schedule 1 controlled substance; said act being aggravated possession of drugs, a felony in the 5th degree, in violation with RC 2925.11
Contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided and against the peace and dignity of the state of ohio.
I'll edit the county names and officers names off the paper and show a pic of it. I also spent time with a cockroach in the jail cell I was chillin in which I brought home with me.

I really think with a good lawyer I can get those two felonies dropped.
I find it odd theres no mention of my pipe or weed in the police report.

The anxiety meds were a fucking score for you. I had some when I was in jail.
The sucky part is the felonies. If they stick, you will lose your right to vote. Any previous felonies? If not, you're likely eligible for a delayed adjudication/diversion program.

I had a marijuana possession charge, and I went through a diversion program and got it dropped to disorderly conduct about 5-6 years ago.
If I get stuck with any drug charges I can't get student loans through my state though  and that really sucks.
I bet they will drop them to high misdemeanors in lue of some hefty fines, community service, suspended jail time, and drug diversion programs.

Even if they are felonies, you can get a felony diversion, different from a misdemeanor diversion. I've had two diversions before this 2c-i charge, which was a felony, and I still was eligible for diversion because neither of the previous diversions were felonies. You just need to get a good lawyer or a lawyer that can do the research for you.
Its funny, for as many times as I've been in trouble, I've had 3 diversions and no record.

Aggravated drug posssesion:
(1) If the drug involved in the violation is a compound, mixture, preparation, or substance included in schedule I or II, with the exception of marihuana, cocaine, L.S.D., heroin, and hashish, whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of aggravated possession of drugs. The penalty for the offense shall be determined as follows:
(a) Except as otherwise provided in division (C)(1)(b), (c), (d), or (e) of this section, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the fifth degree, and division (B) of section 2929.13 of the Revised Code applies in determining whether to impose a prison term on the offender.
(b) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds the bulk amount but is less than five times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the third degree, and there is a presumption for a prison term for the offense.
(c) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds five times the bulk amount but is less than fifty times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the second degree, and the court shall impose as a mandatory prison term one of the prison terms prescribed for a felony of the second degree.
(d) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds fifty times the bulk amount but is less than one hundred times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the first degree, and the court shall impose as a mandatory prison term one of the prison terms prescribed for a felony of the first degree.
(e) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds one hundred times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the first degree, the offender is a major drug offender, and the court shall impose as a mandatory prison term the maximum prison term prescribed for a felony of the first degree and may impose an additional mandatory prison term prescribed for a major drug offender under division (D)(3)(b) of section 2929.14 of the Revised Code.
