Couple people told me not to do this. But I just can't swallow my pride on this one.
Got a rude awaking today. 2 sherriffs beating on my door. Woke my grandpa up, had my dog freaking out, sent my lady friend into a panic attack.
Of course they had come under the pretense of craigs list.
I have been booked, and charged.
They didnt charge me with any of the weed/hash/pipe
I got aggravated possesion of drugs in count
Count 1: Possession of MDMA
Count 2: Possession of mescaline ( apparently they can test for it pretty easy )
Both are felony 5, schedule one substances.
I have my court date on the 11th.
Anyone who said I was a scammer or a narc, fuck you. My grandpa looked thrilled to know I kept my mouth shut and sheriffs barged in out house at 5 am.
And to all those who have been staying by me up until this point. Love. Love. And more love. Thank you so much.
Wiser words have said to let it die on all your minds. But it won't ease in my mind til people realize I'm not a scammer nor a narc. I don't need added anxiety to this whole ordeal. I just should have never posted anything about me getting caught in the first place........started so much drama.......I just want people that donated to know their help is going for exactly what it was said to.

Man I am sorry about all this BS your going through. No one deserves to be called a criminal for drugs, and no one should be run through the ringer for simple possession. I know your good peoples and you shouldn't have to go through this. I call bullshit on the word freedom in this country. When they make a living telling you how to live your life about things that shouldn't even be their business they pretty much tell you that you are NOT a free person. I hate the way this world is because of the government and I think I despise a lot of society because of it.
Anyways, I'm sorry you have to go through this bullshit man. I had to go through it for 2 years for just some weed. I hope you don't have any jail time. I didn't have to go to jail but I was piss tested for 2 years, served a ass load of community service, paid thousands of dollars in fines and had to take drug classes. What did all of that do? Nothing but turned me into a slave and made the government money. After it was all said and done I can live my life how I want now. I'm a whole lot more bitter towards the government and I hate the society we live in because of them.
Fuck the government. They don't work for anyone but themselves. They don't care about any of us.

Had drugs, met a "chick" on craigslist to "smoke", brought all his stash bc he didnt want them is his gpas house, and he thought that was wiser than say, burying them in the woods, then wondered why it a cop, not some cool stoner chick.
Not saying anything bad, just recapping for those who seem to want to know.
Fucking cops have nothing better to do apparently.

When I originally got busted it was by small town cops, they never actually booked me then or made me post bail, it was a sting situation. The arresting officer today told me there's one guy in the town I was busted in, that does NOTHING but put fake ads on the internet trying to lure stoners in. He also said it was BS they had to come get me.
When I was arrested for trying to meet a girl who was "420 friendly" it turned out to be undercover cops surrounding my car and searching the fuck out of it. They found bout 60-70 grams of weed and hash combined, and a really nice bucko pipe that are not even in the police report.....( hmmmmm? .....) found 2 g's of mesc on me and 4 rolls.
They said since they didn't know what the mesc was, and since the rolls were a felony, they were gonna send it to the grand jury. The arresting officer today said so much was going on it just took an extra month or so.
So today I was OFFICIALLY booked, arrested, printed, etc etc.
No the cops had not been watching me for months. No one else was involved. They didn't search my house, take my comp, ask my gpa or g/f anything, let me get changed ( as I cleaned my room up.....10 second tidey style....), they were really respectful towards me in the car. The officers that picked me up didnt even know why they were picking me up, just had to extradite me to another county, and even those cops seemed not too know too much til they looked at my paper. They were very respectful about coming and gettng me too. Came at 4 am and knocked very lightly til I woke up. Didn't barge in and wake everyone up, stayed by the door the whole time. I didn't give them any shit but of course said as very least as possible.
I'm sure there will be a small article in the news about it.
P.s Ya it was stupid as fuck. It took me three months of worrying to realize it too..........sheesh.......no shit it was stupid........ I'm king jackass ATM.

Supernovasky - No they were really respectful of my house. They tried not to wake my gpa, and since I had a girl half naked in my room they respected that, and didn't enter my room ( which did have a bong and a bag in it ). But nothing was found, they just arrested me, after letting me grab my meds and clothes ( letting me grab my anxiety meds was also pretty nice of em.

I find it odd theres no mention of my pipe or weed in the police report.

The anxiety meds were a fucking score for you. I had some when I was in jail.
The sucky part is the felonies. If they stick, you will lose your right to vote. Any previous felonies? If not, you're likely eligible for a delayed adjudication/diversion program.

I had a marijuana possession charge, and I went through a diversion program and got it dropped to disorderly conduct about 5-6 years ago.
If I get stuck with any drug charges I can't get student loans through my state though and that really sucks.
I bet they will drop them to high misdemeanors in lue of some hefty fines, community service, suspended jail time, and drug diversion programs.

Even if they are felonies, you can get a felony diversion, different from a misdemeanor diversion. I've had two diversions before this 2c-i charge, which was a felony, and I still was eligible for diversion because neither of the previous diversions were felonies. You just need to get a good lawyer or a lawyer that can do the research for you.
Its funny, for as many times as I've been in trouble, I've had 3 diversions and no record.

Aggravated drug posssesion:
(1) If the drug involved in the violation is a compound, mixture, preparation, or substance included in schedule I or II, with the exception of marihuana, cocaine, L.S.D., heroin, and hashish, whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of aggravated possession of drugs. The penalty for the offense shall be determined as follows:
(a) Except as otherwise provided in division (C)(1)(b), (c), (d), or (e) of this section, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the fifth degree, and division (B) of section 2929.13 of the Revised Code applies in determining whether to impose a prison term on the offender.
(b) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds the bulk amount but is less than five times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the third degree, and there is a presumption for a prison term for the offense.
(c) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds five times the bulk amount but is less than fifty times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the second degree, and the court shall impose as a mandatory prison term one of the prison terms prescribed for a felony of the second degree.
(d) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds fifty times the bulk amount but is less than one hundred times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the first degree, and the court shall impose as a mandatory prison term one of the prison terms prescribed for a felony of the first degree.
(e) If the amount of the drug involved equals or exceeds one hundred times the bulk amount, aggravated possession of drugs is a felony of the first degree, the offender is a major drug offender, and the court shall impose as a mandatory prison term the maximum prison term prescribed for a felony of the first degree and may impose an additional mandatory prison term prescribed for a major drug offender under division (D)(3)(b) of section 2929.14 of the Revised Code.

Also, don't worry about the student loans, from what I've heard they have no means to actually check if you've been convicted of a drug crime unless you tell them.

People with lots of drugs do this, a jar with a bunch ofweed and hash, and a pill bottle with a few beans and capsules of mescaline isn't some high roller shit, and "she" invited me to her house to do drugs, I didn't invite her to mine. There was no unwilling intentions.

the cops and gov have no real authority other than violence and force.
they are just a big gang, corrupt with violence, brutality, and self-serving agendas worse than almost any other criminals.
the war on drugs is a tool used by the elite to pit the cops and feds against the people with no other reason. it is an excuse to arrest, fine, and imprison lots of lower class people. yet the rich elite are fully coordinating the import and manufacture of all kinds of drugs and pumping them into the communities to keep them placated ans set them up for systematic victimization by their mind control psychos called cops and agents.
u should just leave the country or area and try to keep a low pro for a long time. you should not cooperate with them at all if you dont have to because they are all bad news and will fuck you over in their fake courts.
if you do go to court get your own lawyer or represent yourself and just speak from the heart to the jury, because the so called public lawyers are fake and on the other side. they are there to fuck you over. dont trust them.

At one point I got a felony burglary charge for drinking at my place of work, as well as a MIP, and both charges ended up being deferred which = a clean record. Good luck to you, get a good lawyer

Wow, that is ridiculous.
They actually pay cops money to put up fake craigslist ads to lure horny stoners. This is like to catch a predator however, in this case, no one would really be getting hurt if the ad was real!!
Vandago, you should write letters to all the local newspapers of the town of the cop that lured you, maybe people in that town will be pissed that this is how the local police are spending their time and how their tax dollars are being spent. (of course, if it is a small town then maybe the people won't care or will like it, who knows).
Too bad you actually had weed and didn't just lie to get an invite...those cops would have been pissed, haha.
