Gd buzzing in my brain. (SET IS IMPORTANT!)
    #12954326 - 07/26/10 05:55 AM (1 year, 9 months ago)

(Another long post. If you don't like length, don't read it.)

3g of the backyard B+ harvest, ground and mixed into chocolate and then hardened in silicone ice-cube molds. It tasted almost like chocolate with coffee grounds and the texture was similar. My fiance and I sat on the couch until lift off, went into the bedroom 30 minutes after ingestion and lay on the bed with the lights off, only a string of blue Christmas lights on one wall.

I felt energy surging through my body, down through my arms and legs, out my feet and hands as usual. Got very cold, put on a sweatshirt and almost got my head stuck in a sleeve. Then I started seeing colors, lines of many different colors, networks of energy. My brain was buzzing. I felt Gd inside my head. Like the last trip, I merged with Gd, was one with everything.

I came back into my body and felt my muscles locking up, back arching, head tilting back. My brain was *buzzing.* I could hear it and feel it. Memories began to emerge, things I hadn't thought about or remembered in over a decade. I was literally seeing my life flash before my eyes, but it was like all these things were coming out of the place where they were stored and rearranging, being put back in different places. I felt like my neural circuitry was being rewired. Then all the people who are significant in my life right now flashed by the same way, and I understood how everything was connected.

Now I thought I heard my phone ringing or vibrating. I was looking for it and had three phones in my hands (my fiance's, my old phone, and the new one I'd gotten earlier that day). Things got very confusing and I was then convinced that I was dreaming. Things felt very unreal. I tried to see how far back I could remember, going through each memory backwards from that point (because in dreams, memory is very limited) and when I had trouble recalling the order of things, I was even more convinced that this wasn't real.

I heard the cats outside the door, went out to see what they were doing and when I turned to go back in, my fiance was standing in front of the door, crying, saying "Why won't you believe me?" I couldn't figure out what I'd done to make my dream-fiance cry or how to fix it so I kept trying to tell her what I thought she wanted to hear, and trying to figure out how to wake up at the same time... it got so ridiculous from there. All this time, I thought I heard my phone ringing/vibrating and was sure that I was asleep, that it was my alarm going off to wake me up or I'd be late for work.

I got back in bed with her and pretended to try to go to sleep for a while, trying to wake up the whole time. Finally I got up to get a drink, sat on the kitchen floor holding the cat and then she came out and we both told each other what we remembered, tried to make sense of all of it.

The biggest mistake was that I took the dose after getting a phonecall from my dad, bad news about two of my grandparents. (Both just got out of the hospital for different reasons.) A few times during the trip, I thought I was going to wake up to find myself in a hospital and find out that something terrible had happened to one of them.

The other problem was communication. Last time I tripped, she was sober. I lost language and could only communicate in writing, and even then my hand would lock up and the writing would get so small that it was illegible. I wrote all over my arms, legs, paper, the wall, and the bedsheets last time. It happened again this time. I was trying to write on my arms, trying to text message her and she thought I was taking notes, kept trying to stop me and tell me to experience it instead of write it down... she got very upset, and didn't understand until we discussed it afterwards and she realized that I was trying to communicate.

Having GD BUZZING IN MY BRAIN was fucking amazing, but this showed me how truly important set and setting can be. DON'T TRIP AFTER GETTING BAD NEWS!
