 1g first time Lemon Tek

Hello, first post! 
I started smoking pot in 05/06, popped frequently throughout summer/fall/winter 09, hippiefliped twice somewhere in there, shrooms once by themselves.
Last night was my first time trying lemon tek with a friend, 1g each. Her boyfriend was with us, but he's completely sober.
Drank it at 7:45 and left my house. We were looking for a place to just chill out and trip, but with no luck. We tried a forest near my house, a park, a school.. we finally decided to go to her Mom's house to smoke one and chill out on the patio. The patio is tiny. There isn't room for four people to have any leg room at all. Needless to say, I was very uncomfortable.
8:20 now and it's finally started to kick in, but not much. It's 9:12 now and I'm starting to peak when a coworker called me to see if I would be making it to the fireworks that everyone at work was going to see as well. I couldn't even talk, I was so nervous [ since I had never talked to this person at work save for a passing "hi", and I'm a pretty shy person normally ] and kept laughing and my mind was just going in circles and blanking out. That was the most exciting part of the night, and it wasn't something I enjoyed.
Another one of her friends meets up with us and we decide to walk to a shopping centre nearby. My friend's boyfriend and the other person are both very loud and very obnoxious, especially together. Needless to say, I was starting to get pretty irritated. When we arrived at the centre, I was beginning to peak. I couldn't stay inside the store so I went outside and just sat there high out of my mind, giggling at the vast amount of huge ants running around near my feet. I kept having to hold back the laughter I just wanted to spew out because there were people everywhere. To keep from laughing, I never let my mind or my eyes focus on any one thing, which was a trip, but not a fun one. There were lots and lots and lots of lights all around the centre and it was very cramped. I felt like I was suffocating. I could feel the energy of the light just engulfing my body.
We wander off to a nearby park and I ask to sit far away from people and lights, so we do. We're on a gravel field in a baseball pit or something. I thought I could finally just chill out and trip now but the three just would not stop talking [ read:yelling ]. To top it off, one guy has ADHD and the other had a box of nerds, and my friend talks nonstop. So I began to try to relax and closed my eyes. What I saw was so beautiful, so calming. There was something like a valley floating around in my vision and it kept spinning and sort of dancing around, slowly and gracefully. I was being drawn in. On either side of the valley there were two bright [ but not overwhemling ] lights dancing along with it. They were almost like spotlights since I could see them turning away from me to face each other and then moved to the opposite direction. Like, take both index fingers [ the tips of your fingers is the source of the light ] pointed towards you and then towards each other and then start rotating from the wrists in sync in opposite directions every which way, that's what it was like. So hard to describe but it was amazing! So incredibly calming. I could have stayed in that state forever. That was the best part of the night, but I couldn't even enjoy it. I started to hear "chk chk chk" over, and over, and over, and over again. One guy was shaking the box of nerds, and the ADHD guy was moving his feet in the gravel. Both nonstop.
Coming out of my valley was terrible. This world felt like such a bother, it was so dark and so heavy, and so very loud. I tried many times to go back and just stay there, but the noise kept bringing me back down. Around 10:30 now and I stopped peaking, just straight up annoyed. I asked to go home and my friend walked with me, the other two guys finally separating from us. We stop by her Mom's house to pick up a sweater and we ended up just staying there, them talking and smoking, me listening and silently "tripping out" on the subtle visuals. I didn't end up going home until almost 12:30. Stayed awake til 2 or so just thinking about whatever came into my head.
What a terrible experience.
35 minutes to kick in, an hour to peak, an hour of peaking, and a slow four hours of coming down.
Today, I woke up depressed and feeling very out of it.
I don't think I'll be doing shrooms with my friend again if we're going to be wandering around like that or if there are others around. Next time will probably be .5g alone in my room.

this is exactly why i like to trip alone. people can be so irritating
you probably would of had such a awesome time if you were solo.

Very cool to hear that you got that much out of a dose that low. It sounds like 1g can be useful for meditation or getting a creative kick.
