i found these growing from little branches sticking out of my pond, if u need pics of spores ill go back out there... was kinda hesitant to touch them bare handed..
they seem pretty young or small, about 1 inch tall..
first "hunt" ever..
they are a little darker than in the pic cuz of the sun

Gills: white

Stem: White

Cap: Brownish with lighter colored edges

Spore print color: coming soon!

Bruising: no
Location:North ohio

ok, set up for my first "spore print" hopefully it works ill check it tommorrow and post pics if it turns out.

Could be many things. A spore print and proper ID request are needed.

You also have nothing to fear by touching mushrooms, even poisonous ones.

Ok i got the spore print, its definately brown.
any idea's?

Given the habitat and brown spore print probably a small Galerina.

NB I don't mind guessing.  If you really want to know take more shots clearly showing gills and all the colorations.
