Habitat:Grass near a wooden log
Gills: pretty sure they are brown with a brownish black print
Stem: about 1- 2 " average
Cap: 1/4-1/2 "
Spore print color: Brownish Black
Bruising: possibly brown
And the last pic is some sort of mold or fungus I assume, it looks cool anyone have any ideas?

Maybe a Psathyrella species. Maybe Agrocybe...maybe something else entirely.
Hard to say without pics of the gills and a spore print pic. Better description of the stems would be nice too. Are they hollow, flimsy?

Hollow, kinda rigid
I suspect Corprinella Micaceus (sp?) because similar mushrooms have been id'ed as such from the same location..

They are not coprinus species. Not sure what they are though.

I don't think it is Psathyrella, and it is not a coprinoid.
I have no idea what it is....
Your last pic is sweet, I suppose it could maybe be a slime mold?

I guessed it by looking at the stem, to be honest but the caps do say Agrocybe more.

Psaths seemed good or I toyed with Collybia sp. and now elprawn says Agrocybe - now I don't feel as bad for being confused about my own little rubbery clusters and lawn mushrooms.

I thought Agrocybe for a minute as well, but they just don't look right to me.
Joie may have it with something Collybioid.

It ain't Collybioid with brown/black spores.
Something isn't adding up here. I still think it's probably Psathyrella.
I want pics of gills and the spore print please.

Yeah I'm gonna stick with Psathyrella because of the stems, despite the fact it doesn't look too hygrophanous.

This^ doesn't make me too confident in anything..... Doesn't sound like he took a proper print at all.
OP- Did you take a spore print, or are you just guessing?

The stems are supposedly "rigid" as well, which would rule out Psathyrella.
Maybe it is Agrocybe. I can see a little bit of gills through a hole in the cap, and they appear brown. Not Collybioid.
Oh and spore prints take 4-12 hours.

Taking prints now,
Here are the gills, and a pic to demonstrate the firm rigidity of the stipe
