 I think I'm going crazy..

I literally might be going crazy, or all of this is real..
No. I'm not on any drugs.
Long story though.
So I moved into this house that was built in 1950. It's only had one owner, but check this out. The bed I sleep in, was left here. This old women supposedly lived alone, but I recently found a name of Roger etched into the headboard, pretty fancy too.. not a sloppy 16 year old doing.
About 2 weeks after of getting settled, I swear to god I heard this mans voice say my name. Clear as day. I rolled over, sat up, and behind my TV It looked like a shadow of a person. Made my heart sink.
After that, I've felt that someone has been in this room with me. Like, a feeling that he's just standing there looking at me. It dosnt feel dangerous though. More friendly, and content.
Now..
I watched these two movies.
The Box
And
The Knowing.
after watching both ( In a row ) I felt this "spirit" so close to me. I went to bed right after and had two dreams.
The first one..
I went into a large house. Basement, First floor, Second, attic. And the second I stepped into the house, a toilet upstairs flushed. There was no one in the house. I woke up for a brief moment.
Then, the second dream. I don't remember much but I was talking with my spirit guide, and he was there.
After this, I've had no fear at all of dieing. I'm kind of waiting for it now, not fearing it. Like, I'm certain there is something beyond this. I have a lot less fear, and I now love the dark.
Maybe I'm going crazy. Should I talk to my doctor about this or what?
WHEN does it get to the point I see my doctor?

The mind is a powerful thing. It doesn't have to be real and you don't have to be crazy(imo). There seem to be subconscious parts of our minds that can play these roles. My inexperienced advice would be to go to the doctor if you feel like its interfering with how you want to live your life. But this isn't something I've gone through personally.

Good words qballs, I agree that it doesn't have to be real or unreal. IMO original poster you are looking for a definitive answer to know if you should be afraid or welcome the events into your life. This leads to stories that help reach a conclusion. But since the stories are all thought based, they are always going to change to fit new events.
What about just watching the events and dropping any story about its meaning?

Usually the "craziness" is caused by fear, and its your imaginations distortion to fit that fears perspective. Seriosuly, just illiminate the fear, and any delusions will go away. I have struggled with this problem.
There was a time when I thought Aliens were trying to abduct me out of my room.

Alright guys. I'm totally freaking out right now. It's 3:25a.m.
My hear is just randomly pounding ( Like that, instant scared pounding ) I have no reason to be afraid of anything right now. My A/C is on, and I'm sweating like crazy, and have a major headache. this is a first.
I don't like it anymore.

I've been there, dude
if you look for reasons to think you're going crazy
you're gonna find a bunch of reasons to think you're going crazy
but the fact that you think you're going crazy usually means you aren't going crazy
my advice is to not obsess on the idea and to try to distract yourself with something that makes you happy
we're all crazy imo, what matters is that you keep it together well enough to not harm yourself or anyone else, just feel good, that's what it's all here for

Even if it is a spirit, so what?
I say its cool, you get to make contact with another mind, corporeal or not.
Its only "crazy" if you compare it to the traditional deffinition of "consensual reality," which we all know is B.S.
People have these experiences all the time, doesn't mean they are insane. Regardless of whether or not it is a real spirit.
