1/2 pint jar pf tek recipe

I need someone to please give me a good recipe for using 1/2 pint jars,not 1/2 quart jars,any opinions will be greatly appreciated. Also i cant seem to find out how to post anywhere else but here im sorry for that!!!!

Scroll to the top of the page, mouse over mushroom info tab/ grow mushrooms/ basic cultivation guides/ pf tek.

Follow those tab directions and use the pf tek v2 and you will be fine.
