and being a bacteria, it can multiply once a few cells get into your membranes.
Wasnt there a weaponized lsd thread? I bet an LSD bomb would get many, many people high through the air.

Whats not believable about that Albert hoffman found out about LSD when microscopic bits of it got onto his hands and soaked into his skin giving him a buzz.
And holy shit chinacat you are my HERO. The effect a thumbprint would have on the human mind is unfathomable. What you must have went through i just cant grasp or even begin to have an idea of what you experienced if only this petty english language had such words to truly describe your trip.

Hi everybody! Long time lurker, first time poster in the thumbprint thread. Of course. 
Sadly I have never experienced LSD, but I do have one ego-death experience I would like to share with you all..
My best friend and I went to go see the new Alice In Wonderland (which was phenomenal by the way) and decided that this was a show that needed a good strong trip. From what I can decipher from these boards, we had some P. cubensis keeping us company that day. The movie started at 8:15, so we smoked a danny tanner (our slang for a pinner/little j hehe) at 7-ish, and took the scenic route to the theatre. Got there and starting munching down the zoomers with a little OJ on the side, washed down with a little lemon juice. So we split the half ounce, and I should probably say that I have never done this much before. I have tripped numerous times, but always 3 or 4 gram doses. I had experienced slight ego alterations on a few of my trips, so there was nothing I was scared of. However, since I was taking double my normal dose, I did have some anxiety. Either way, those mushies were gone in no time, so we finished listening to the Hendrix tune that was playing and we started walking inside to get our tickets. By the time we got to the front doors, I was starting to get the waves and wooshes. This was the fastest I have ever been hit, about 15 minutes (usually takes half an hour for my brain to start having a good time). So needless to say I had a little difficulty figuring out the automated teller, but I managed to succeed. We sat down at the back of the theatre, put on the 3D glasses and prepared for a ride. By this time colours were starting to morph and conversations were becoming louder and farther away at the same time. Which was cool. Then the movie started, I enjoyed the first 10 minutes or so and then...
I was gone. I knew I had to leave. My brain was working too fast to comprehend anything but itself so I had to get out of there. I got back to my truck, and got home before the trip turned any further on me (by the way I know this was dangerous, but I'm an idiot at the best of times). I crawled into a little ball in my bed at thats when I relaxed a bit and the trip really started.. total loss. My memory slowly started getting lost in itself. I couldn't remember what I ate earlier that day, and then I couldn't remember who my friends were, and then I couldn't remember what I was. I kept going further and further, regressing into myself. The time-fuck I experienced was amazing. Minutes started going by in seconds, those seconds melted into days, years started to go by backwards and before I knew it, I approached infinity. In all its glory and wonder..
When I saw infinity, I accepted it. I knew I had died. I remember saying to myself "Oh well, now I can start over and do exactly what I want to and not worry about anything." It surprised me how welcoming I was of death. Then I slipped into a strange dream world and woke up the next morning in a beautiful haze.
So there it is boys and girls, my short lived experience with infinity. I thought that was the closest I would come to infinity before I read this thread. Now that I feel I have properly researched LSD, I will start experimenting with it.
I will be done university in a couple years, and I want to travel the world before I settle down. I fully intend to search the green hills of the West Coast for the brotherhood. Not necessarily for a thumbprint, just to say hi. Hang out, see how they're doing. Show them that not everyone is lost. Love is true and the world's still round.

Could you possibly damage yourself or OD from LSD?
I don't thinks so but have heard of someone injecting a shit load of it and ODing in MK-ULTRA.
