A local market has them, dried.
They also have dried hedgehogs, and a few other.
So...
Is A. Blazei really worth pursuing?

I have never tried them, but a buddy has said that they are quite tasty if you enjoy a sweet, almondy Agaricus (who doesn't!). I think they are also known to be medicinal, or at least exceptionally healthy.

They are great, try the dry ones but its probably a good idea to grow them yourself.
