Drugs are running this country. They don't need us to keep proliferation status. Now our rights as humans to consume said drugs without consequence is a different matter altogether.

Yes - however it seems that "they" are mostly interested in coke, heroin, meth and pharmas - that leaves a whole chunk of the better stuff out.

The Federal Analog Act provides the sweeping generalization for which that whole chunk of better stuff is viewed just the same as the drugs that fuel wars, ethnic cleansing, slavery, etc.

I know Frag - I guess what I meant was that the heavy drugs do seem to get proliferated well enough by all interests - the softer ones seem to be "people promoted" more. The coasts are overrun with coke and heroin - if there was that much pot and mushrooms instead it would be a different picture (Lazier and crazier, but different)
I thought you were meaning heavy drugs get help because of the huge cash they generate -

This is rediculous! If they're going to bust in on them for technically doing nothing illegal, then why aren't they arresting everyone at garden stores for having morning glory seeds? They are trying to attack this kind of herbal business, and I think it's a shame they're getting away with this. I don't think much of it will stand up in court, but he might get charged with the mescaline as said before in previous comments. I also find it a bit weird that they were authorized to confiscate all of the K2 blend from them. If it isn't illegal yet, why is that being taken? They aren't going to be able to use that as evidence in court are they? I mean, if it wasn't illegal at the time of confiscation, then it wouldn't count, would it?
Oh well, I'm not really surprised at what happened because he stuck to Kansas (you'll surely get busted there for bogus reasons) and the fact that he was telling people how to consume the products. I think this will be one of the main arguments, even though the disclaimer says to not consume, there is still information on the psychoactive effects of the products being sold by them. From experience, the quality of the products from them varied greatly and they haven't been the most truthful in describing their products.

I only got Trichocereus bridgesii, Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds, and Peganum harmala through them, and all of that was perfectly fine.
