Its been about 3 weeks now and I started with about 8 JARS and now i have about 22 Jars of WBS colonizing. Some of my jars dont seem to colonize on the bottom and they seem to be really dry inside? the tops of the jars are colonizing great but the bottom portion not so much and on top of that they seem to be drying up what do you guys suggest? They are in a black rubbermaid box at room temp.

the GE holes in your lids are too big if they are drying up that fast. use 1 - 1/4" center hole
or 1 - 3/8" hole covered in micropore/tyvek/breathable bandaid and 1 - 1/4" hole filled with silicone (self healing port)
or 3 - 3/8" holes with synthetic filter disc over them.

you can shoot a couple cc/ml of sterile water from a syringe into the jar, just like inoculation only just water.
I would try/test 1 jar and shoot 3cc up to ?cc in then shake it to see if its enough or not and see if it helps the jar recover in 3-4 days then fix the rest.
