Break Fast

2 bananas, 2 cups of strawberries, blueberries, and mangoes... diced. Hemp seed protein. Almond Milk. Raw Honee. Real Maple Syzuryp. Touch of ice.
Blended together. Drunk like a champion.

my breakfast today was cup and a half skimmed milk, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, large scoop chocolate whey protein powder, 1/2 cup ice and 1/2 a banana blended into a shake. good stuff :thumbup:

tell me about it. between fruits and veggies and lean chicken i spend a ton a week. i am a week in a half into p90x so thats pretty much all i can eat so i have to buy it

Maybe in the UK... in the US our fruits are dirt cheap :feelsgoodman:

A thing of organic bananas at whole foods is what like... $2? Fruit isn't that bad..

My girlfriend was telling me in Japan, a watermelon costs like $100.. canteloupe too :shocked:

She said when she moved here and saw canteloupe for 16 cents a pound, and watermelon for like $5 for a huge one.. she though it was fake fruits.

I just go to the farmer's market, and load up on fresh fruits. Got 4 big bags of fruits last week for $20. Still trying to figure out ways to eat that many strawberries and blueberries.

I had a rib-eye steak, some cherry yogurt, an apple, and a whey protein shake. Good stuff :thumbup:

then i had lunch and that was pretty much just weed, but it's okay because it :feelsgoodman:

now it's afterlunch lunch, and im drinking a few beers and smokin weed, but it's okay because it :feelsgoodman:

i plan on doin' some dxm and drinkin more beer and smokin more weed for dinner, but it's okay because it will be :feelsgoodman:

This morning I had re-fried leftover chow mein and toast with an iced coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. Not very wholesome but damn good.
