Guess they didn't find the heroin they keep in-stock. Now that I think about, I remember that they always shipped it from the other warehouse. Smart move on their behalf.
I kid. I fucking kid.

Yea dude, contact the store I'm sure they will ship it out or refund you.
I placed on order last Monday, it shipped Wednesday before the raid. Got it in the mail fine.
Not to mention they didn't take the Kratom so they should have it ready to send to you no problem. They should send you a "Shipped" email with a tracking number.

There is at least one precedent in state law, concerning mushrooms. The New Mexico Supreme Court ruled that the state drug rules concerning manufacturing didn't specifically mention growing plants as cultivation. Now, unless the law in Kansas specifically mentions growing these plants is illegal, my guess is that he wouldn't be convicted of 'manufacturing' or 'cultivation. (unless he was extracting, in which case he's fucked) The governments are making the laws vague as hell so they can net anyone for any reason, the problem is if you have a good legal team you can beat charges, but who can afford 200~300 bucks an hour? There is a lot of cases in precedent that are not concerning drugs that are similar, that if a law doesn't specifically point out the illegal act, you can't be convicted of it. So I guess it depends on how the laws are written in Kansas. Our government is totally out of control, from bottom to top.

Precedents can still be cited. The reason is making up laws on the fly like the government is doing is completely unconstitutional. Of course an asshole judge can do about anything he wants.

Yeah, he is being charged for possessing plants which synthesized illegal drugs. Technically under this rational we should start arresting human beings for PCS.

we don't know all the specifics. from the way I'm reading it, and the way I'm imaging it, i think he's being charged for distribution as one separate charge, and manufacture as another separate charge. and these charges are not for the same crime, in other words it sounds like he was doing extractions
look at the list of drug paraphernalia, it has filters, which would at list hint towards him doing extracts.
and since they listed LSA and morning glory seeds, i think indeed we are looking at extracts...perhaps this is why people say most of his stuff seemed "weak", he "may" have been running a side business with extracts, i gather this idea from the list of charges.
when you look at it like that, it all kinda makes sense.

wow, that's quite a list of charges.
to people saying "how can plastic jugs and tubes be illegal?" once you have been charged with manufacturing/distribution (or even possession, depending on the circumstances) the police can take a lot of leeway in claiming regular household items were being used for illegal purposes, and are thus illegal themselves. a friend served 4 years after being popped with a scale that had mdma residue on it. this got him a trafficking charge, and then all the random plastic equipment he had in his van at the time (none of which had any drug residue on it) became "paraphernalia in a mobile meth lab" - which significantly increased his sentence.

Does this mean they can shut down banks for cocaine didtribution? Its well known over 90% of bills have amounts of blow that i am sure are higher than the amount of alkaloids contained in some of the plants/animals seized. This is more than sad, what can we do? This REALLY makes me want to get involved but how, other than continuing to spread light can we? These people NEED to be stopped this is a crime against both man and nature and should NOT be tolerated.

large, motivated and brave crowds of people marching INTO the parliament are the only way things work worldwide. if the gov doesn't listen, replace, by force if need be. all this talking will accomplish nothing.
anything short of physically being there and *demanding* (not saying this then going home at 11 pm cause mom/wife called and said its getting late) change or for them to get the fuck out, will not work. in places liek the USA, this will liekly be no different than any othe rviolent revolution because either party liekyl isnt intelligent enough to do it peacefully...so they clash....lots of countries haev done this in the last few years.....look at thailand. cant say its much better than before though.
anyway, its going to take a lot more than substance prohibition to get people worked up....bush couldnt even get us citizens motivated enough, which makes me think the country as a whole is either too lazy to do anything or isnt really that at odds with things...and not picking on the states, only say the states cause thats where BBB is, but i think the majority of countries are not much different.
