 Just did DMT

FInally, a long time after SWIM produced some dmt for me and i read so much about it, i finally experienced its wonders. My hands are still much shaking. I loaded some dmt ( probably around 20-25 mg) between some dried parsley. As i took my first hit my head started buzzing and i quikly pressed on some music(Chopin) and i took my second hit. Then i leaned back in my comfy chair and the whole room lit up. Everything became so bright! Then after it everything was covered in ancient patterns. Especially on my curtains. Then i closed my eyes, and something was touching my left hand. It looked like someone was healing my left hand, a beautiful creature, but i could only see its hand on mine. Then it struck me how awesome and great dmt is and i started laughing out loud  . Anyway, 6 minutes is how long the trip was, still can feel it a little now, should fade soon i guess.

Nice... no rush.. but post when you have a full breakthrough. I like
reading them, usually defined to a certain category. If it's infinite
time and space.. no worries. You can't capture that one with words. 
If you saw some sort of hand.. it will most likely be some type of
entity encounter. Love reading those... almost wish it was my exp
sometimes.

Reminds me of my reaction to my first try with 50mg from the batch I just made. Not even close to a breakthrough, but DEFINITELY a good fun experience for the first time. Then 100mg test on the roof on a bright day.......  followed with the best possible  .
It's those first 15 seconds of absolute rocket propulsion that gets me every time....

sounds like you had an awesome trip my friend! the first trip is usually the "best" because it is so incredibly foreign.
i havent touched the stuff for quite a while and decided to after feeling mad irie after the dark star show in milwaukee. i took mescaline and acid for the show so needless to say it was one of the stronger dmt trips ive had.
whats weird is that im "scared" to smoke the stuff. i dont fear it, its just so powerful and amazing and different each time its hard to actually be 100% prepared when the pipe is in your hand. if you get a chance to smoke dmt while tripping, dont even try to psych yourself out, the trip compares to nothing.

What I find even more interesting is the friends I let try it that say something along
the lines of "feels like I've been there before" on their first trip. This has happened
a few times now, and a huge grin appears on my face when I hear it. lol That's just..
weird. I didn't feel that my first time.. but apparently many people do.

is it hard to sleep after a dmt trip? i ask because i've been sitting on 150mg of n n dmt for a few months now, and i think i've finally got the motivation to try it.
but if, like shrooms and lsd, it's hard to sleep after then i'm going to wait for the weekend to do it.

How similar are Salvia and DMT. I have done Salvia many times and I have never had a 'fun' trip, definitely eye opening, out of this world, but I surely didn't find it beautiful, I found it almost evil. If DMT is more euphoric I would like to give it a try.

totally not man! i thought i was never going to get to sleep since the mescaline and acid were keeping me wired so i decided to smoke deemsters to pass the time. i feel asleep right after i came down from the trip.
as for comparing it to salvia, hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. i feel ya man, all my trips involved me being chased by ghosts and block head characters, never had a good time and its really hard to integrate a salvia expereince. dmt is completely different. when im "scared" to smoke it, the second i come down from the trip i wonder what all my worries were for

It's a psychedelic.. It can go either way.. there are no guarantees of euphoria.. but it is
very possible. I tried salvia a few times... never cared for it. But everyones a bit different.

hey, cool man, did you learn anything?
I ask because I read a lot about the patterns and entities on DMT, but is there more than what you see? Does it change how you think, what you think?

This wasn't directed at me.. but the experienced never really changed the way I thought
just magnified it.. if that makes any sense. Everyones breakthrough is somewhat unique
though.. even if there are specific categories they usually fall into. I don't personally feel
psychedelics promote any kind of permanent enlightenment, but a glimpse is caught
every so often. And yes, In that case.. I can see it shifting ones frame of mind into a
new direction.

No i didnt learn anything from it. Just it was amazing how my mind was clear that it was in a 'different zone' then that my body was. That was very interesting

Its hard to learn anything from it unless you have done it id say more than 15-20 times. once you know the trip, things start to unravel as you journey furthur. most trips I come out barely remembering the experience, only small images and sounds sometimes stand out.
what ive taken from it is not to fear the after life, which is huge, since ive died and been reborn so many times. one things for sure, if you smoke with other people or yourself, there is always a feeling of peace, love, and happiness (i know cliche but seriously). its strange when you smoke it with 10 people and look around the room at everyone after their trips are over
