It really depends on how long you let them consolidate for.

I suggest consolidating them for a at least a week it will take less time to pin in the fc if you do so

Before pins can actually form, you have to do a dance exactly like this in front of your terrarium.
Do this everyday for at least 5 minutes a day.

Yea a good consolidation is key to shorter pin times and a great pin set.

If it takes over 4 days you just don't have enough humidity.

Its NORMAL to take over 4 days to pins
Fresh air is the biggest pinning trigger. just because they dont pin by day 4 does not mean theres a RH problem.

If you dunk and have a humid FC you should see pins by 4 days.

True. This only works one time though. After that you need to rent two midgets from a circus to conduct the dance with you. Here's an example of the dance with the midgets.
Remember: The more midgets, more pins.

2 weeks is long enough for the cakes to form pins.

Are you kidding? Dwarfs are a goldmine. You'll get crazy fruits with them. Just be sure to let them stay away from your grow, they like to
and go
